What's Driving You?

Jeff Pasquale

Fear is at the root of many of leadership missteps. It affects and drives us in many conscious and unconscious ways: fear of looking bad, or incapable, or not knowledgeable, or not smart, or not in charge.

It takes courage to admit what we’re afraid of, even to ourselves.

Commit to identifying and facing the thing(s) you fear. Take small steps. Test your tolerance. No one else needs to know but you.

Having fears doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you, it means there is something holding you back from being your best self for you and for others.
